What happens after you reach out
We call you back the same day. A real person, not a call center. We will ask what the material is, where it is, and whether it has been tested. If it has not, we will tell you who tests and what the report looks like, because we do not test what we are hired to remove.
We come look, usually this week. About half an hour at the property. You get a written estimate that lists the containment, the removal, the independent air clearance, the disposal, and the number of days.
The job is contained, licensed, and documented. Sealed work area, negative air, certified crew, the state notification filed by us, and a documentation package at the end that your buyer’s attorney, lender, or insurance adjuster will ask for.
